# DVR Source Attachments

This directory contains small, readable source files connected to the DVR note
series. The notebooks and large binary artifacts remain outside the published
site. The main executable entry points are one level above this directory:

- `../dvr_fd_benchmark.py`: harmonic-oscillator benchmark for Part I.
- `../dvr_ensemble_demo.py`: density-matrix ensemble benchmark for Part IV.
- `../dvr_kubo_minimal.py`: shared compact DVR, wavepacket, Kubo, side, and flux utilities.
- `../dvr_excited_ground_kubo.py`: local adiabatic projector and population-resolved Kubo script for Part VII.

The `xx-kubo` and `flux-side-kubo` subdirectories preserve the clean Python
utility files and small reference data used while preparing Parts V and VI.
